Vinification

Cuvée Brut is obtained from the separate vinification of rigorously hand-picked Pinot Nero and Chardonnay grapes. Grapes are gently placed in the press and submitted to a very light pressure leaving the must to settle before fermentation.
After 270 days sur lies ageing, the magic ritual of the Cuvée creation starts.

ASPECT

Lively straw yellow; very fine and lingering perlage.

Aroma

Pleasant scents of reinette apples, peach flowers and small fruits, supported by marked hints of minerality.

Taste

A warm and enveloping wine with a strong personality; the extremely complex finish captivates with its elegance and freshness.
